Alternate DPRK Names

One of the significant challenges with identifying locations in the DPRK is Nothing. Is. Consistent. We've got our naming conventions (name the site after the nearest city/town), but the North Koreans will name things totally inconsistently in press releases. Sometimes they'll even cite the plant by the current manager, not the name, just to mess with us! Thankfully there's a few different resources available to help reconcile this.
