The Hwasong-17 is an ICBM developed by North Korea in the 2010s, with its first known testing in 2022.
Launch History
The initial test on March 24th is believed to have failed at or before Max-Q, but the second test on the 26th appears to have succeeded. However, it is possible they simply launched a different missile on the 26th with a unique trajectory to make it appear the test succeeded.
