In 2022, an alleged list of 100 Ukrainian targets in the Russo-Ukrainian war was claimed to have been leaked.[1] Targets included S-300 and S-400 sites, as well as other Russian military equipment. This article documents the OSINT work done by wonks to investigate the validity of the list through various methods.
